Bill Grady Receives Donation from
Atlas Foundation |
Foundation recipient William "Bill" Grady
with Teddy and Foundation member Michael
McMahon. Bill, a quadriplegic as a result of
a swimming accident, was in need of a
machine that will exercise his leg muscles.
The Atlas Foundation was contacted by a
friend of Bill's and told of his need.
"Meeting with Bill was an uplifting
experience. He makes much of his own time by
helping others," said Foundation member Sean
Sweeney. "There is a saying that some curse
the darkness, while others light a candle.
Bill is one person that makes the world a
brighter place."

"This is not just a nice passing thing for today.
We're here to help people like the Tarters."
-Teddy Atlas
The Dr. Theodore A. Atlas Foundation was able to assist
Lisa Tarter in a time of need. Lisa was involved in an
automobile accident in 1996 that left her hospitalized
for five months. The donated funds will help the Tarter
family make their home more comfortable for Lisa.
